Hi folks. I’m 69 years old. My wife and I have custody of a three year old child we picked up from the hospital 3 days after he was born and he has given us numerous blessings ever since. I m here for numerous reasons. Although I’ve never smoked I’m on a wait list for a double lung transplant. Thus I have to get into better shape to increase the possibly of a successful surgery and post operation recovery. Due to my pulmonary issue, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, I’ve have had very little activity over the past few years. So here I am trying to rebuild my body. From years of neglect. 😊❤️👍
