Hey, i commented on one of your posts:) Keep doing what your doing! The one thing that I find i need the most is water. If I don't drink it I don't see a weight drop, I got myself a 36 oz waterbottle and I fill it 3 times a day.
If you want to go back and read a little about me on your accountability post , i think we are pretty much at the same point, i might be able to give you some tips on MFP, its been my lifesaver!
