During Labor Day Weekend 2014 One the left is a pic I took on 1/2/2015. The right was from 10/1/2014 Down 28 pounds so far!! Started at 261 and currently at 233. Not only losing to be more healthy and to look/feel good, but I'm also doing so I can start my medical career in the U.S. Army.

Like everyone else already said, It could be a variety of factors. It's definitely not fat so don't stress. Just make sure you drink plenty of water.

Binge eating after work was a HUGE problem for me! Also, drinking tons of beer in one sitting.
