Starting weight: 176 Current weight: 155.5 Easter goal: 140 Ultimate goal: 135 I feel like I could be happy at 140, but I would like to get down to my pre pregnancy weight with my first born/wedding weight.

I've never joined a group before so I hope this helps! I've been feeling underwhelmed with support from the people I've added so far. I don't think I need the full 20 lbs, but 12-15 would be a more doable goal!

I've been making these green smoothies a lot: 5 pieces frozen banana 1/4 c ground quick oats 1-1/3 c spinach 2 tsp chia 3/4 c 1% milk blend. enjoy. make sure you have a fun straw! :) it gives me the boost a cup of coffee does, only better! Monotony isn't too bad sometimes. I found something and I like to stick to it.
