My TDEE is 1934. If all I am doing that day is going to work and then playing video games or reading a book, then 1200-1300 calories that day gets me along just fine.

I like Ben and Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream. It's incredibly calorie dense. I'll treat myself to a pint of it only on weekends when I go social dancing for 8+ hours in a day. If I decide to eat it on any other day, I'll eat significantly less that day or I'll exercise significantly more to stay within my calorie…

I'm 5'9 and around 245 pounds now (originally 251). My goal is to get around 160. I'm on a 1600 calorie a day lifestyle, do cardio 5-6 days a week and dance 2-4 times a week. Right now I'm dropping almost a pound per day (but I'm sure it will slow down in time as I get smaller).

I'm 33. 5'9" and weigh 251245 pounds. My goal weight is around 160. I love to dance socially and competitively and want to be as agile and flexible as possible. I want to be thin again.
