I wish it was a requirement to keep all diaries open. Then you could see who is being honest and who is not. If you are doing what you are supposed to be doing and the weight is coming off, then you have nothing to be ashamed of.

That doesn't make any sense. Even if you were an Olympic marathon runner, you would burn A LOT more than 200 calories from walking five miles. Can you be more specific? Total of five miles in a day? Walking on a treadmill? Elliptical? What type of fitbit? Heart rate? etc.

My goal is to be ripped/shredded by the time most of my fat has burned off. As for the cardio, I just really enjoy walking while listening to music/watching videos/etc. It's therapeutic for me. My trainer told me that the amount of cardio I do will definitely change once I start lifting. lol
