  • Hi everyone, I've been doing stronglifts for a couple of months. Started really light,I've struggled with a lot of the lifts.anyway here's today's . Squats 5x5 @100. Keep getting groin pain,think it must be something to do with my form. Bench 5/4/4/5/3 @ 60lb Rows 5x5 @55.
