  • You totally can, just use reflection and lights and bundle up a little. I still run in the morning, earlier this week it was 19*F when I went out for my morning run.
  • I can't eat 1200/day either. I'd change your settings to reflect your activity, 40-45 mpw is NOT sedentary and change it to .5 lb a week loss. You should get a much more reasonable number. So what if it takes twice as long, it'll be doable.
