This a fun bodyweight-only routine with lots of different levels and a clear path to follow, so you can work your way up from a low level of strength: The Angry Birds Workout It does include one-arm rows, but you can easily substitute those with two-arm rows. :)

When I was in college, I pretty much lived on Luna bars, Primal Strips, oranges, and bananas -- because they're all easy to grab and take with you! Primal Strips are generally 74-99 calories and have 10-11g of protein, so they are a great snack between classes.
