I am doing Insanity Max 30 - I do Saturday to Wednesday (instead of Monday to Friday) as it works better with my schedule. This week I am doing the modified versions as I am unfit and also doing 13000 steps a day. Hey all, half way through week one. It is turning into the Olympics gradually. I have gone from doing 3000 steps to 13000 steps this week ha ha. I am getting obsessed!!! If anyone else wants to get involved let me know! There are currently 6 of us playing. :)

Fab.. I am just using the fit bit one as I haven't felt motivated enough to get into the other features to be honest. I am upping my fitness etc with DVDs and classes but only do about 3000 steps on average a day LOL. So bad..... I work and live right by the train station and I work in the City so lunch breaks are frowned…

Thanks all. Well I lost weight initially just from feeling sick etc last summer, was knots in my stomach all summer really - horrible. I recorded my weight as 210lbs in May 2016 so a month before we broke up... as I was going to get back into it again... I now weight 193.2lbs. I haven't actually done anything to be honest…

I wouldn't say your stuck, it's just going to slow down, I am not sure how much 'excess' you have, but it might be your body is ready to slow down now. Gets harder as the weightloss goes on! I would suggest changing your exercise once your body becomes used to it though, otherwise your body won't be challenged, and then…
