I have a three month old at home. When i get home from work, I typically spend that time with my son. Once my wife and i put him to bed, we work on preparing a quick meal. Exercising at the end of the day is the last thing i want to do. I find the best time to exercise for me is before i have to go to work

The last 3 weeks have been tough. I've been pretty lazy and I haven't focused on my diet and exercise. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. How are you doing csimrill?

I switched to using no creamer and never looked back

I am trying to keep it simple. I'm following the method of calories in vs. calories out. I try to log everything and I also weigh most of my food. If my calories burned are more than my caloric intake for the day I should be in a caloric deficit for the day. For breakfast I've been rotating 3 meals: 1. Oatmeal 2. Egg…

I have a Fitbit that tracks my movements and automatically updates MFP. What gear is everyone else using?

Thank you everyone for the support! I have about 60 pounds to lose. I don't have a particular date in mind to reach my goal. For me, this will be a marathon not a race. I have found it easier to break my goal down into smaller more manageable portions. This helps tremendously when I am feeling overwhelmed about trying to…
