Starting with a very satisfying breakfast always helps my day. That and planning ahead and using the log is what is keeping me on track at the moment. It gets easier and takes less thinking about the more you get into it. Best of luck!

I want to loose 18 - 20lbs by Christmas. I am joining a gym to up my exercise. Overall have 100lbs to loose so that would make a nice dent in the numbers.

Started a month ago with over 100lbs to loose. I am 5'2 and weigh 227lbs. Down 11 so far. Just joined here last week and finding the logging great for portion control. Best of luck on your journey.

Portion control for me. I am getting quite the shock now that I am weighing food. I was easily eating x 3 what I should have been without realising it (new to logging and MFP).
