This is what i do. On some days I can burn say up to 250 for a 45min session, but have found I do burn more on days where i put more effort into when im working my lower half by free weights not restricted to machines. This just keeps me accountable. :)

Yes people have including myself as there is another thread labeled exactly the same.
-
I've had to manually create a fitbit entry and manually work out my adjustment. :( :/
-
Yes mine is not doing the adjustment no matter how many times i sync and update my fitbit data.
-
So letting you know mine also didn't sync and adjust for 2 days ago either. I've had to manually work out the adjustment for two days of entries and manually make a entry for fitbit.
-
Mine is having issues today but im looking at quick adding the adjustment tonight and hopefully it will sort out tomorrow.
-
I have this device and I track my workouts with runkeeper, so records time, heart rate and then calculates calorie burn which then syncs to mfp via the authorisation I've allowed.
-
Mine did the opposite,e.g. 5 min cross trainer recorded 83 cals then after it saved it said i did 0, i was not overly enthused that RK changed my data. Luckily i remembered how much i burnt so i could edit but now its not syncing. Thus, ill be testing it out again tomorrow to see if it RK or MFP error?.
-
I know this is a few months old, but my runkeeper app is not syncing today. Well it actually synced but it changed all my calorie data after it saved so i had to edit them to reflect what i did (luckily i remembered) and that is when it is not syncing. I made a note of it mentally and well still if it does it again…
-
Thank you it has. :)

You asked for people to guess so I did, just didn't Realize you had answered.
-
I'll say 2000cals

This ^^ been having problems and think because I'm an E cup, so I find it uncomfortable and not getting accurate results because it keeps sliding. I wear an underwrite sports bra as well. I have read the forums and noticed myself that I've NOT done some things, so taking on some of community suggestions for my chest strap,…
-
This looks good and way cheaper than a mio alpha. Might get one in the near future if I can't for the life of me get my chest strap to connect 100% all the time. I did a treadmill run for 2 1 min and it calculated a lazy 32 cals. clearly a problem today.

Unlink your accounts is the only option, unless you stay within your tdee and you will have a 0 adjustment everyday.
-
Yes. If i recall properly i did it last year, unless of course something unexpected occurs, e.g. surprise dinner etc.
-
For the sake of trying something for mfp to work with the fb adjustment I did this and I have to say it did NOT work. The only way is if I disconnect fb then reconnect it to see any changes in my adjustment amount. So off to complain again on the app page.
-
Some days yes some days no. Depends on the type of day you have. I always try to eat my minimum regardless.
-
Yes I concur. Still having problems.hope they get a fix soon.
-
Mine is only syncing some data over. Same with my fitbit. It is so annoying. The only way is if I re enter the data in runkeeper when I have WiFi going and then it finally syncs. And yes I have checked that they are all talking to each other correctly.
-
Major problems with fitbit at the moment. Mine doesn't sync either. I have disconnected mine till they find a fix. So annoying. Have you joined the FitBit group? Lots of info if you wish to join.
-
okay as an update this only temporarily worked. Getting rather annoyed it won't update on its own anymore.
-
I did this and it did not work. If I disconnect and reconnect it will do an adjustment but I have to do this every time I want to update. It doesn't do it on its own anymore. Any suggestions. I've posted on a couple of threads searching for answers (As of now, and will be checking back in the morning).
-
Still having problems despite what I have said previously. The only way for fb to sync with mfp is to disconnect then reconnect and that is such a hassle.like every time. It won't do it automatically anymore. Can anyone suggest something to get this working? Is there any point wearing my fb if it won't sync automatically…
-
Yes try this, i just did it and it has worked.
-
I just did this on main computer, and it seems to have reconnected. The only other problem is that i don't think it will sync up the past 6 days so i don't know if im going to have a fitbit adjustment recorded.
-
Yep day 6 for me too. It is rather annoying.
-
It is not working at the moment, just look at the increase in discussions about it. Just make sure it is linked and fitbit will get to it eventually. Mine hasn't synced over in 6 days.
-
It should but as you've seen in here many are having problems with syncing between the apps, so you maybe seeing no adjustment or steps tracker etc, or whatever you have designated to sync. Good luck once mfp gets all their crap together.
-
There are issues with the syncing of the apps. You will see that many people are having problems including myself. Don't touch a thing to mfp sorts it's crap out.
