I just got my protein powder from supps r us, and they have free delivery and shaker every time u order. Also got a free shirt on my last order but that is not common.

I have had no real drama with it syncing. Just give it a minute and it has synced for me.

Looking at possibly getting a surge or a mio once released as it tracks steps distance and hrm. I still use my flex just that most days I don't even reach my target or have an adjustment with mfp. But anyway just my thoughts.

Me too. But I'm considering getting my own set of kettle bells to start off with and some more dumb bells/weights. And maybe a medicine ball. Cos it all costs money, so want to spend up wisely.

I do it all the time. I just make sure I don't over do it. Or I choose another rotation of exercises.

I'm not sure what you exactly mean by map my fitness feed mfp or reverse? ? Not that I use that app. With regards to fitbit I've been using it for two weeks and it does sync over once connected. Because the mfp app inherently already includes a certain amount of exercise, fitbit will do an adjustment based on your input…

I use a combo of fitbit, runkeeper and one other not fitness related glow. I don't seem to have to many problems.

Not sure if this has resolved for you but I found when taking my exercise earlier in the year runkeeper would automatically set for 12 hours in front, even though runkeeper online would track this correctly. I don't seem to have this happen now so all I can suggest is to keep updating the runkeeper app. I think it finally…
