I'm new to this....like the logging in and tracking ....but I have it on my phone as an app and also on my laptop. They are not synching.....any ideas how to get the app to match my account on the laptop? Also would like encouragement and support on this journey.....to lose 40 pounds, and move more!

I hate to "exercise" so I fool myself and do movement. Everything I do I have to eaaaaase into - whether its exercise or diet or I will rebel and fall of the wagon.
