you can add me if you want I too have been on mpf forever & have failed for too long :( im at my highest weight I have ever been & have over 100 pounds to loose so I could use the support also because I still struggle on a daily basis to not binge eat

I just turned 39 today :( & sadly have been batteling being obese my whole life. for once I would like to be healthy before I turn 40 but food seems to be my evil demon I cant say no to it. but I want to keep trying & hopefully someday I can be posting my own success story.
