WOW!!! That's amazing. I too am 5'2 and I started at 220 and got down to 148. The way I did it the first time is just the way you're doing it but when I would get in a rut, I would stop for about 2 weeks. I wouldn't really work out or eat right for 2-3 weeks. I'm pretty new here too and I've heard that the gym's machine does over estimate your calories burned. I've been trying to just stay within my calorie limits. This site is soooo helpful!
