Didn't see it when you first posted, but I added a few more songs from my workout list, and I'll be using this one too!

I didn't do it for weight loss, but it did turn me from a walker to a runner! I finished the program, ran a couple 5ks, and now I'm working on getting to a sub-30min 5k. Good luck!
