Congrats on dropping that spending. Outside of any personal reaction to artificial sweeteners... Or if you just really don't like the way it tastes, cost is the only reason I'd recommend giving it up.

Dang, I didn't look for these yesterday. I ended up spending twenty when I could have spent 100 on a lot of cool stuff. :disappointed: I picked up a Cliff Mexican hot chocolate there and would get it again. I'm a real sucker for chocolate and spice.

Not advice, but I was hanging out with someone watching a reality show about doctors and heard "If they're all doctors and nurses, why are they eating foods they shouldn't?" (aka, "junk")

^My overall thoughts on running. It's something I wanted to do for years as an overweight kid though. It also helps keep my TDEE up and gives me more calories to eat. It's up to you to decide if you'd like it. Personally, I'd hate crap like Soul Cycling and Zumba.

I drank some nasty tasting Knorr last night. I actually felt better not long after drinking it. No calf cramp at night, woo! Thanksgiving week will be interesting. I don't have any reason not to fast Monday and Wednesday.

Family birthdays are usually just one meal at a restaurant. I eat at maintenance most days, so it isn't too hard to divide my calories for the day to it.
