It's my calves that bother me in the middle of the night. :s I'm fasting tomorrow and will try the broth before bed. I did it this morning just because I wanted to see how it would taste.

I actually really love those. I don't like bacon, but I love the taste of artificial maple bacon.
-
I prefer the taste of cashew milk for the calories and flavor, especially in cereal. Cows milk with blueberry Tiny Toast made me realize this

Do you guys get cramps after fast days? I just noticed they've been coinciding. :s I assume it's the low salt? I've been getting around 600mg on fast days. I'll start drinking a cup of broth on fast days and see if that helps.

I like my sugars. Fruit or cookies, they're both good to me.

Oddly enough, I asked a relative to get me a sample, but ended up with a blueberry Quest Bar.

While I see the point in automatic shut off, I am buying a scale that doesn't do that as soon as I see it.
-
Yeah, I think there was a picture of that on the Impulsive Buy at Wal Mart. Should be cheaper than World Market at least!
-
I think I read something about chocolate strawberry Oreos on Instragram too.

https://www.heb.com/product-detail/h-e-b-2wisters-cookies-candy-cane/1610292 HEB sells something like the gluten free candy cane Oreos too.

Yeah, when I add that many ingredients, I usually don't even bother trying to tare. I'll just add the numbers together. I really need to get a new scale...

The problem with killing Negan right there all willy nilly is that there are plenty of people that would take his place. I don't remember the first episode, but he makes that a point in his first comic apperance. Best character.

It's pretty easy to fit 400 calories of ice cream and a little waffle bowl on my maintainence days. If I eat lots of whole foods everyday, why is it better not to eat it?
-
Baskin Robbins has pizza ice cream. Get one with an Oreo flavor

A day I'm sick and I miss these :( I tried some pizza chips, can't remember the brand, yesterday. They were disgusting and went to the trash
-
I didn't when I was sick, but I do most of the time
-
I honestly don't remember how they taste, but there were milk chocolate fudge Oreos in Europe.
-
I've been sick the past couple of days thanks to something viral. I'll probably just fast today and call it a week and reduce my calories a bit.
-
I just moved from 16:8 to 5:2, but the leap can be steep for a new comer. I spent a few months contemplating the switch until I did it.
-
The food system is extremely flawed. I'm still surprised premium was rolled out despite the site's issues. Sadly, this is probably the best food database.
-
Cute ideas appreciated I'm making pecan pie, but I'd prefer something I actually like~ As for the day itself, I'm doing a 5k in the morning and will probably stick with 5:2 a little longer. I was planning on dropping a fasting day, but I'll probably be stuck with both days after all the stuffing I'm eating.

I felt fit when this summer when I was keeping step with younger middle to high school kids on a summer trip. I would have been miserable with the stairs and walking if I were there age at 200+ lbs
-
Its easier for some people to withhold breakfast. Personally, I won't eat it if lunch is higher in calories and on fast days.
-
That sounds good. I might keep the fast day during maintainence and spread out the extra calories during the week. :)

Gonna bump this thread because someone online recommend a newer podcast called Darkest Night. It's a good horror anthology podcast. I've already listened to two out of the four episodes tonight!

But the ppl who are constantly over-eating every single day and staying at high bmi's aren't, right?! No one really says anything to them....God forbid, u eat a little less for some time--medical intervention is always necessary or maybe even a locked mental ward[/quote]People did say something to me when I was overweight.…

Okay, I finally tried the hot chocolate Chips Ahoy this year and they are heavenly. I microwaved them for ten seconds. The center wasn't too gooey, but it didn't need to be. :#

Here's a bit of a question- I don't have too much weight to lose and am looking to reduce my rate to .5lbs a week sometime soon. The idea to do so would be to remove a fast day? I suppose I could eat more on the two fast days or maintenance days, but I feel like cutting out a day would be easier. Has anyone had experience…

I'm not at all ready. The family usually just gets turkey from a restaurant, but I like to bake a few desserts and have no idea what to make.

I started out with 16:8 and moved on to 5:2 recently. I would like to think being used to eating later has made my fast days easier to deal with.
