As often as I can reasonably fit it into my calories. Today, my calorie allotment is under 600 calories. I have eaten a donut hole on one of these days, but generally stick to sugar free jello. For the rest of the week, I can eat at maintenance. I save around 400 of those calories for sweets at the end and sometimes end up…

Curse you for not being available in my country. :disappointed:

This is my personal favorite spread. I have to say, I'm not too sure how it would taste mixed with M and Ms. That's just how they were sold on the website. http://www.jocooks.com/bakery/cakes/nutella-magic-cake/ And even with my aversion to the spread, I recommend this.

I did it for a while but started eating around a small, around 100 calorie snack, usually pretzels sometime in the morning. It just felt helpful for post fast days. I also seem to be able to hold off eating meals later, useful for my usual 1,000+ calorie meal on Friday.

Not a lot... 15 grams of pretzels. Won't see much cause it's my second fast day. I have a new veggie blend for later.

I've been using my Fitbit Charge HR for two years or so to help me get an idea of my TDEE. I don't fret too much over accuracies, just consistency. Even body scales aren't 100 percent, but I weigh everyday and aim for a steady downward.

Nutella makes me sad Cookie butter is so much tastier

No. I looked yesterday but only saw the holiday flavors and birthday cake

http://www.kitchensisters.org/fugitivewaves/ No, the only other episode I listened to was about Emily Dickinson

Why ruin a good cookie with mint :disappointed:

Something I forgot about until a recent email- I'm subscribed to the Tablespoons newsletter and occasionally get emails with a sample in them. I've recieved a sample of The Good Table pasta for frozen chicken that I haven't used yet and just submitted a request for a Larabar (not sure if the link will work, but it's worth…

Ive seen kabocha but honestly don't remember where or when. I'll definitely keep my peepers open for it!

Little Witch Academia has been pretty cute so far. It's about the only thing I'm watching this season aside from Dragon Ball Super. I did pick up a new manga yesterday- it's called To You, The Immortal. It's only eight chapters in but a very interesting setting and a well drawn. Also, I started listening to the Kitchen…

I just bought another acorn squash this Saturday. I'm very thankful to cooking for introducing me to eating more squashes. My favorite was either butternut or the delicata squash I was only able to find at Trader Joes. I ate plenty of pumpkins, but didn't make enough savory dishes with them. They made for great desserts! I…

https://www.reddit.com/r/freebies/ Probably should have linked earlier, my fault. There's a link there for a free sample from Twinings Tea I just requested! I've requested samples for two lip sticks last week.

Agreed, thanks @joshperson195 ! I recently subscribed to the freebies subreddit. It's too early for me to have received anything, but there's enough users posting for me to trust it.

I eagerly await the time when I can use the oven again. I'll definitely do half batch the first time around. I'm paranoid I'll work the dough too much.

Those do sound pretty good. Kroger had two bags of Green Giant cauliflower tots on clearance for two bucks (there were plenty of non clearance tots, guess those were left outside for a while or something), so I picked one up and will use it in this recipe in a week or two.

Thank you very much for the tip on self rising flour! I was dreading the idea of buying something else that would take up precious pantry space. I feel bad enough with brown, white, and powdered sugar.

Things tend to be posted as they are on sites like the Impulsive Buy, which is largely sweet things. Plenty of different foods from all sorts of companies get posted as people buy them. My last crappy little review was actually about herbal and green teas Personally, I've been itching to try Quorn and some sweet potato…

I bought powdered buttermilk and want to make biscuits but the recipes I've seen kinda make me nervous

What brand is this anyway? That's just screwy.

The carrots I eat have more sodium than my diet store brand soda.

Monday's a fast day (5:2), so only a few pretzels, some coffee and tea, and some diet soda I'll heat up some veggies, eggs, and a little Knorr Sopita for dinner, 595 calories prelogged for the day. Kinda sucks to wait until dinner for a meal, but it's worth it for the 2,400 calories the 5 days of the week. I have a Lenny…

Okay, I hate store exclusive flavors, but plenty food companies do it. Store exclusive sizes? That's just stupid. I guess I won't be trying either the coconut or peanut butter flavor anytime soon.

Pretty neat idea. I'll wait until more forum goers post their reactions to it before I decide if it would be a waste of a pint or not.

I haven't made anything that calls for that kind of soup in a while, but I have a basic cream of soup recipe saved for it.

Okay, these were Christmas clearance Wal Mart goodies, but Celestial Seasonings Candy Cane Lane, Cranberry Vanilla Wonderland, and Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride were all really good. I think I'm going to buy more from them when I'm out of tea. Neat! Dang, there's not a Vitamin Shoppe in a convenient location. I wish GNC would…

Cake, pancakes in particular. I can't make decent pancakes with premade mixes for the life of me. Unless I need it right that second, I prefer to buy dried beans for recipes that call for canned. Spice mixes because I usually have the individual spices already. While I'll buy a small starter tub, I make my own Skyr as…

Is this newer? I've never seen it. I know they sell a coconut cookie online
