The fact that you have to heat it up in the oven is a complete turn off for me. If I really want a deep fried Twinkie, I'll just eat one at a fair or something. I was looking for something sweet at Kroger and was tempted to pick up banana Twinkies. Hot chocolate Chips Ahoy won out in the end.

Bad calories wind up stealing from the orphanage. I do 5:2 as well. I do stick to small meals of veggies and egg on the :2, but that's more to keep me from getting hungry.

I usually have breakfast very late, like others have posted in this thread, it's better for managing my hunger. I almost always exercise fasted. I run three times a week, do a body weight program three times a week, and rest the last day. Whether you enjoy exercising fasted or after having eaten is a personal thing.

Yeah, this was my issue with their pumpkin spice cookie butter last year. There was also the mushroom... chips I think? I never saw them.

No damage from the candy; the guilt can really lead you down the wrong path though. You can be a pretty healthy eater with candy in your diet.

I like going to discount stores and buying what's cute. H&M and Target are my go-to if I wanna spend a little more. When I was obese, only clothes from Torrid really fit. I used Style and Co by Macy's for jeans.

I don't really drink, but I've had higher calorie Starbucks drinks in place of meals.

This is what I wanted to say in my first post, but the name completely escaped me. With chia seeds, I got two packs for entering a 5k. I made my dad some chia pudding and really wanted to try some, so I made a small batch for myself.
