I've just got mine and I had to sync it a few times to get the watch to talk to the computer, but it is talking to MFP okay. I didn't do anything special, just logged into MFP from Garmin Connect screen.

People stopping just before the crest of a hill and chatting on mobile phone while you're behind them - with no chance of safely passing as you can't see over the hill. Happened twice recently.
