When I started creatine I stalled on weight loss for almost 3 weeks without changing diet or exercise. Before I was losing approx 2lbs a week and around week 4 I started losing ~2lbs a week again so I estimate that in reality I gained about 6 lbs of water weight from creatine.

You mind if I ask how tall you are? Im 6'5" and started at 275 lbs too and am down to 241 and I'm not entirely sure what my goal should be. I'm shooting for 210 right now but that is based solely on top end of BMI

Drilled a new hole in my belt today...it's not even a year old and I don't plan on being at my current size much longer anyway so no sense in spending any coin on a new one! Love this thread, look forward to reading some more.

If it ain't broke don't fix it is what I say...I'm eating around the 2300 range also and losing ~1.5lbs/wk but I'm a lot bigger than you @ 6'5" 252lbs

I wouldn't dwell on it. I would go back to your calorie deficit and get a nice work out in and try to learn from the mistake and do better next time. I had a pretty bad weekend myself and was feeling a bit upset at myself for splurging too much and when I weighed in found I still lost, just not as much as my goal of…
