Hi, If I were in your shoes, that would be too many sugars in one day. :) The sample breakfast you provided appears to have too many "simple sugars", even though not a lot of calories. Perhaps only try consuming fruit in the morning (I do low GI fruits + kale and unsweetened almond milk every single morning. No other fruit…

I have had two Fit Bit Zips and one Fit Bit One...I prefer the Fit Bit One better, but both are great. With the Fit Bit Zip the battery needs replacing frequently. Love the Fit Bit app!
