Have to give it longer than 2-3 weeks. Need to be in this for the long-haul, not for a quick fix. 2.5 pounds in 3 weeks is nothing to be disappointed about either - many people here would love that kind of loss.

Personally, I find doing a daily cruise of the MFP forums, and spending some time on Pinterest looking at recipes or watching the Food Network really helps. Plenty of inspiration and ideas to keep me focused.

Can honestly say I haven't had a food yet that sets off my anxiety. Drinks on the other hand..... anything with high caffeine, guarana, rooibos etc will give me heart palpitations very quickly after consumption.

To add friends using the app, go to the ... button, then Friends. Select the + in the top right corner, then select 'E-mail' and it lets you enter people's MFP username instead of their e-mail address, then put your name, and select the tick in the top right corner.
