  • BMI is a great starting point for the vast majority. Of course there are some people who are outliers on it, but like 98% of the time if it says you are obese then you have some weight to lose, i think.

  • Yeah i get that unless i actively count and weigh my food its hard to tell anything from all that. Just i would much rather try to eat till im not hungry rather than focusing on the numbers. Which i know isn't the sensible or effective way to do it. But it is a lot simpler and easier.

  • It's not that i was totally not trying to lose weight, just that all of a sudden it seemed to work. Maybe i should just actively try to eat more for a week or so and see how it goes. Edit: Or i guess go to the doctor as well, since everyone has said that.

  • If you're only eating that little under your goal and the weight is still coming off easy, everything should be ok. If you don't feel like its a super struggle to eat at where you are it should be easier to keep the weight off. Also as you lose more it will slow down anyway... I'd just be happy with it.
