Also you should try low carb, moderate protein, high fat. Because too much protein will turn to glucose and hinder your weight loss. Just a tip.

Good for you that's awesome! I've been doing low carb for about a year now. If you don't weigh yourself at least take measurements so you can get that motivation. Because once you start to see the results it gets addicting and you won't want to stop.

You're not eating enough calories! Your metabolism is basically dead! Your body is going to hold on to every calorie u eat because it doesn't know when you're going to eat next.
