  • I hadn't really connected a lot of these things to weight loss until reading this thread (shoe size, cold etc. ) One not so great side effect for me has been hair loss, I'm not sure why but when I started to lose weight I started losing hair volume too.. weird I know
  • Well maybe dieting causes you to think about food more than you normally would which could cause you to eat more.   • I have an implanon and have lost weight while on it. 1200 calories seems a lot lower than what you have at the moment, why dont you try something in the middle if you know its going to make you miserable to be at 1200. If youre still worried though maybe talk to your doctor?

  • Last year I substituted 90% of my meals with lettuce and soy sauce 'salads'... I lost about 30 kg but also about half my hair and was really depressed/ low on energy.. I dont know why I couldn't see how silly it was back then lol. It makes sticking to my diet now seem like a breeze though!
