You can do this for sure! I've lost almost 130 pounds so far. I won't lie, for me it was a process - meaning, I first lost about 85 and maintained, then another 20, maintained and so forth. I still want to lose 15 more as I have always dreamt of being 155 pounds :) Best of luck and contact me with anything!

We can do it! I had lost about 100 pounds between 2011-2012, but gained back about 30. Am anxiously trying to lose the 30 now, so lets all do it together :)

Hi AshGMac! Have you ever tried classes? I love kickboxing or zumba, and also love doing the Leslie Sansone DVDs when I'm at home and dont' feel like going out. They are great calories burners! You can surely find the first two kinds of classes at the gym as well :)
