Hey! You shouldn't weigh yourself everyday! The weight is never stable. Especially when you exercise, your muscles grow and the weght goes up a little bit. Set a goal like weigh yourself every other week. And try to check your measurements in stead.

I am on 1200 kcal a day plan. I've done this for like 19 Days, it's working good so far. But i don't live in the US but you can talk to me if you want.
