I've been on a ketogenic diet for about three weeks now. I started off trying for 20g of carbs per day, but felt I wasn't eating enough vegetables to make that feasible long-term. Therefore, I increased this to 30g, and this has proved to be a much better "fit" and doesn't seem to have decreased my urinary ketone levels…
