All of these responses are really helpful actually and although I can't hire a trainer ( saving for a wedding) the suggestions of asking for help whether it be a book, youtube, other people etc. is a good idea. It didn't occur to me to do that, sometimes we get caught up in our own head and caught up making so many excuses…
