Don't count calories, eat lots of fat to keep yourself feeling good. I'd try to keep net carbs under 20g if I could. Lots of sodium (maybe even potassium). Bananas are starchy and actually have more glucose so as far as carbs around a workout it's the exception to the fruit is not ideal rule. I can do a fasted workout but I agree with @baconslave . I do way better after a small meal.

Yeah I buy lean cuts from time to time and add fats to my meal. Or sometimes I have a day that I load up on fats earlier in the day and my protein seems low, then I don't add as much fat to my lean cuts at dinner.

Google low carb pumpkin dessert recipes. Sift through the recipes to find one that sounds good to you and doesn't have any coconut things in it. The first thing that pops up on mine is low carb pumpkin cheesecake mousse which sounds amazing. No coconut anything in that.
