How about putting a speical amount of $ away for each lbs you lose and then when you finsih at your target weight you can either make a trip from that or buy some new clothes in the perfect size?

Hi stampfam, great resolution as I gained about 40kg over my 5 years of studying and now am trying to get rid of them. I think bringing prepared meals is crucials as so you have full control of what enters your body and what not. I wish you a successful 2015 and all the best!
