My go to breakfast is 1/2 of an english muffin with 1/2tbsp of almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free strawberry jam, 1 apple and 1scoop protein powder with water. Oatmeal is a great one if you like it, i just cant do the consistency grosses me out.

You say your always hungry. Do you add protein into your diet at all? I saw carbs, vegetables and fruit from what you said. Sounds weird and Idk if it works but i heard if you plateau to try your workouts in reverse. Your body gets used to what it does sometimes and this can kickstart you back to losing.

5'6.5", and I workout pretty hard but never crawling out of the gym afterwards I go home and do my normal things. I do try to take a nap on workout days just to relax my body and chill out but not because im so exhausted from my workouts.

Did they not go over that with you while suggesting that? I know lots of people who get info at appointment and they usually have them go to a diabetes education class which goes over those things too on which sugars are good sugars etc
