I just completed week 2, did week 3 shot today. Things I've been doing is to try and focus on my protein. Im not about losing my hair so knew that from the start to keep that in mind. I try and eat every 2 to 3hrs even if not hungry to get some protein in, even if it's just a meat stick, tuna packet etc. It all adds up and…

Have you tried changing up your injection site? I've been seeing that some people notice they may stall then switch site and start losing again. You can inject into arm, thigh or stomach. Also are you tracking what your eating? Are you eating enough/too much?

I get a lot of recipes off pinterest and if there is a link you can just import the recipe, so much faster. But in my experience with lean cuisines I have issues with retention bc of the sodium content in them so just depend on how your body responds to them worth trying it out.

Went from 300.2 to 240.2 so down 60lbs in 8months and so far no loose skin. I do a mix of cardio and weights in hopes to tighten as I go and has worked thus far. I think it depends on your genetics too. Some people's skin just doesn't bounce back and can just depend on how long it was stretched out I imagine. Best of luck.

Yes very much true. When I started my journey back in April I knew I had emotional baggage and decided to work on it all at the same time. So through seeing a therapist found that I emotionally ate and figured out what triggered me. So now if I know something is a trigger I make sure to stay busy and out of the kitchen. I…

I think that's a very awesome and doable goal. I started my journey back in April and have lots 60lbs in 8 months. I had a couple months where I let life bring me down and came back out of it on top. Had i stayed on track no doubt would i of been down 80lbs by now. I have a personal trainer and I don't think I could of…

With some friends and family often times I have wondered if that's what the issue is. I think people feel judged when I don't eat the same way they do and I totally am not judging, I've been there so I could never judge. It's just a hard to thing to explain, I just thought more people would be happy for me and more…

True Story. Way to go on your weight loss. It deff takes quite some time. You can do it, I feel more numb and feel like I don't necessarily go through all the emotions of it all bc if I think about it too much it could get me in trouble. I think back and I was probably gaining about 10lbs a year so I had I not ever started…

I agree I feel the same way about clothes. I'm too big for my current jeans but the next size smaller is a bit tight for my liking. Way to go on the weight loss that's awesome. Glad I'm not the only one and yes deff have to do it for ourselves took me several years to see and realize it.
-
Yes it takes forever, but at the same time I've knocked 5years of weight off in 8months so I feel pretty good about that. Originally I thought I'd get it all done on about 10months but I didn't figure in life and how it can affect my journey. I'm guessing I have about 6 to 8 more months to go. I'm just trying to get…

Yes just easier said then done. I've always focused on the lbs I try to get away from focusing on it I just keep thinking about it. Sometimes it drives me more to keep going and pushes me that much more bc I know I have a long ways to go. So somedays a blessing some days a curse.

That's awesome. I do celebrate quietly, I think mostly because in the past I don't get any support or excitement from people I thought I would. It's like people can't be happy for me for whatever reason. I feel like If I try to talk to anyone about it, it's like oh that's cool and the subject gets changed quickly.

So glad it's not just me! I do set goals for every 10lbs I get a reward like pedicure, massage, new shoes...things like that. This month I only decided 5lbs was a good goal as the holidays are a bit rough and I would like to enjoy a couple holiday treats without worrying too much.
-
I feel confident that I will get to my goal. I have my trainer who is there pushing every step of the way. If I didn't have my trainer I'm sure I'd of given up by now like I always do. But at the same time I was ready for a change and wasn't looking back I made it to my breaking point. Awesome job on your weight loss you…

Thank you! I have no doubt I'll keep going just feels tough to celebrate the small goals.

I have tried phentermine in the past and I would not recommend to anyone. It's just another quick fix that doesn't fix anything. Yeah I lost 20lbs in a month but I literally ate nothing and never slept. It's like prescription speed. I'd sleep maybe 3 hours a night and could go all day. Sounds great but your body eventually…

Yes I lost 40lbs in 5months, down 56lbs now in 7 months. Just by eating right and working out 6x a week.

I think that you can start counting calories without being obsessive. For instance maybe just logging what you eat for a couple days to see how many calories you are taking in. It can be very Eye opening. Before starting my journey I had no idea how many carbs and sugar I was eating. So by seeing that I knew where I needed…

Congrats on your weight loss, that is awesome. I am 29 and started too in April I weighed in at 300.2 and am now down 53lbs, I do not have any kids but can still be great support.
-
All of my stuff should be open I'm too looking for friends to help motivate I'm 50lbs into my 125lb journey I don't post much but trying to be better about that and logging my food as well.
-
Awesome, thank you. Let's get it. But yes I was looking for support and motivation and instead it is people saying it's unrealistic. I didn't know I needed to put my complete bio out there to get support, yes I know some people make unrealistic goals. But I have a total of 125lbs to lose and I am 50lbs down towards my end…
-
Thank you for the motivation.
-
Yes I am aware of what day it is, thank you!

I did edit my post to add more information. I started back in April on my weight loss journey and when I'm 100% i can lost at least 10lbs a month so not an unrealistic goal for myself. I workout with my trainer 3x a week and 3x on my own and eat healthy foods. I just know with all the halloween treats and candy around then…
-
I have been averaging 10lbs a month I did edit my post stating more information as it is not an unrealistic goal for me.
-
Well it actually isn't a little late as I've been losing weight since I started working out in April and have averaged about 10lbs a month. Just with all the Halloween candy and things that come along with thanksgiving with all the yummy foods looking for extra support. But thank you for your input.

Thanks for the ideas, haven't thought of some of those things.

Thank you! I am terrible at me time. Its just my husband and I but if im home I just think of all the things I should be doing and don't just relax when really I should just let some things go. I will be starting nursing school in a couple weeks and I deff wont have anytime for me time, when im not a work ill be doing…
-
Thanks for the ideas, I may just have to go the clothes route or a facial sounds like itd be really nice. I know once I start nursing school I will have less money so im going to have to downsize some of my goals. Congrats on the 20lbs so far. I myself am signed up for a 5k in October which ive been trying to run here and…

That's a great idea, probably would have to go with pedicure starting nursing school in 2 weeks and all you can have is clear coat.
