  • I don't mind what Im doing doesn't bother me at all. I love my trainer and working out with her, I wish I could afford to workout with her everyday. Its not a diet but just a lifestyle change. Im now eating to fuel my body and don't mind the things I eat there is plenty of variety and definitely sustainable. I just…
  • Yes I am very hard on myself and I try not to be but idk how to get out of that. I try to focus on other things but It never seems to work. Deff if it was easy then everyone would do it no problem. For me this stuff is what discourages people to not want to lose weight. I thought the other day that Im pretty sure I have…
  • That is the daily goal, this week feeling much better. But was going to ask my trainer what she thinks and go from there. Ive heard it both ways on people recommending to add more food and then people not.
  • No changes in medications, but i do not take any vitamins.
  • Yeah right now I workout 5 times a week, 3 with a trainer and 2 at home. I meal prep and bring all my meals and snacks to work. I havent been that best at logging my food and water so ill probably make that a goal. I am way too into how much i weigh but ive tried to get away from worrying about it too much and i cant i…
  • Thats awesome, congrats on you journey. That's almost exactly where i need to be my goal is 300 to 175 then see where i want to go from there. In order to not be overweight even i would have to be i think 156lbs i dont ever remember weighing that so it would be new for me. Yes thats why i have a hard time making goals…
  • Thats a great goal and congrats on your progress. A gal at work told me to pick a 5k and shell do it with me. I dont run right now and the thought honestly scares me for some reason. I have always hated running and since working out i havent tried it out except when my trainer has had me run here and there in my workout. I…
  • Thanks, I've always wanted to do one since i was a kid I remember having to do some performance thing to see how fast you can run a mile, pull ups etc. I always felt embarrassed in middle school when all the other kids could do several but i couldn't even do one. Im sure that goal is far out but its on the list. I'll have…
  • Yeah i see why people make small goals I just wish they motivated me like they do others. I focus too much on my weight so i do like putting when i lose weight. Thanks for the kind words.
  • Well main reason is because everyone keeps telling me to make them. But no i have no issue with motivation at this time. I am in it for the long haul this time and im in the mindset of not stopping until i reach my end goal.
  • Thats not silly. I think whatever works is great. I just am trying to find something that works for me and love any kind of ideas.
  • I can totally relate. I too have had meals I prepped and they were not good, nor what i wanted at that time. I always have other options available incase that happens, so that i dont slip up and eat something i shouldnt. Did you try a new recipe?
  • Well I am allowed 1751 calories a day. I eat 5 times a day, 138g carbs, 160g protein, and 63 from fat, is where im at now. I have lots of options to choose there are drop down boxes to pick from. The drop down boxes are all specific to my meal at that time and the calories, carbs etc never change. Hopefully that makes…
  • Thanks for the kind words. I wish i could be excited about 20lbs but for some reason i cant. Ive lost 40lbs in a month before doing an extreme diet and It still didnt phase me. I am looking at the long haul i feel like anything less than 125lbs loss doesnt matter if i dont get to 125lbs. Sounds silly i know. I have started…
  • That could be, I just didnt want to do anything all week. No motivation to be at work, workout, nothing. I did just want to stay in bed. I have decided to on days i have off work to just be able to relax after a workout if I have time to try and see if that makes a difference. Thanks for the tip
  • I dont know really. I just do what my meal plan is set up for and take the advice my trainer gives me I feel like it should be calculated into my plan but i will have to ask her. Thanks for the tip.
  • It could be fair to say that. I have no idea how much i was really eating before, it was different everyday. I only ate 2 to 3 times a day. I didnt eat breakfast most days and when i did it usually was something sweet. I bet most my calories came from sweets. That could be I feel full and satisfied when eating, I now eat 5…
  • Its nice to hear. I had alot of those feelings the first workout i had, I broke down on my way home from working out because I was so mad at myself for getting to where I was and how much work I made for myself, and just how much out of shape my body was. I only had a 20min workout the first day just to kind of see where i…
  • That deff could be, i was more of a bored eater or eater out of habit. I never ate my emotions that i felt. But i agree its an emotional journey and my mind is always telling me to do things i dont want to do. For instance i lost 5lbs one week and on my way home from my workout i thought man i should go get an ice cream…
  • I dont think im doing low fat, i get 63grams a day it looks like based on my meal plan. With my training sessions i get a meal plan that is set up and it has drop down boxes to where i get to chooses and there are all sorts of things in it, i dont feel like im missing out on anything except the sweets that i was so heavily…
  • I am following the plan my trainer gave me which should be more than enough for me. Sleep is hit or miss but lately have been sleeping pretty good, especially the days I workout with my trainer....best nights sleep
  • Yeah I just figured it would of been this way in the beginning ya know, not 6 weeks in. Just frustrating when you don't feel like yourself.
  • Thanks for the advice. Yeah I did not workout at all before starting with a trainer I was very lazy and did the minimum. This week I just felt out of it and literally was not wanting to go anywhere...no school, work or workout. Just wanted to have days where I didn't have to do anything so I very well could just be…
  • Ill have to look into that and ask my trainer Its just been the last 2 weeks, the 1st 4 weeks I didn't feel moody at all. Just kind of weird.
  • I wondered the same but im staying within my meal plan that I have im at 1751 for calories and I have a certain amount of protein, fat, carb and etc that I stay within for each meal. I eat 5 times a day and drink about 150oz of water right now.
  • Thanks so much for the tips. I am just so new to it again remembering all the things to do and what not to do will take some getting used to. I will deff check out those forums thank you.
  • Not currently, will be adding that in shortly. Doctor suggested to just focus on changing diet first then add in working out. And it wont be anything crazy just walking and elliptical for now.
  • Thus why im over weight eating when i shouldnt. I was looking for tips and if not eating breakfast will impact a lchf diet.
  • I am trying to stay below 50g of carbs from my fruits and veggies. Other than that i dont have any numbers. The smoothie is a great idea. Thanks
