I'm doing Atkins now, it's been 1 1/2 months. Haven't had a cheat day yet but I constantly research forums online. It's not going to hurt you. It may take you a few days to get back into fat burning mode. And maybe you'll have a few headaches from sugar withdrawl. Don't worry too much about it...

Go to bed bath and beyond. In the coffee section they have syrups. I get the hazelnut but they have caramel and almond flavor (and a few others)... zero calories, zero sugar... I moved away from creamer and sugar. I just drink my coffee black with a splash of that stuff.

I started Atkins this past Monday --- down 4lbs so far. I started on this website too on Monday. So far so good.... hope to lose some lbs. before new years!
