I’ve been a vegetarian for 39 weeks, and in that time I’ve lost -59lb.

As of today I’ve lost 55 pounds, or a 5000 BTU air conditioner.

I feel so much better in myself. My feet and ankles are no longer swollen, and I don’t have any aches or pains anymore. Still got a way to go. I feel like I’ve finally got in the right frame of mind. So far I’m down 51lb (since August 2017).

Logging everything in MFP, and taking photographs of what I eat. At the end of the day I put a collage of my food diary on Instagram. It’s really helped me stay focused and accountable, I’m -47lb down so far.
