Thanks for the replies. Maybe I'll try to psych myself out by recording whichever is the lower calorie burn count, and still try to not eat them back, which is a challenge for me.

Is anyone else having this issue? Here's another example - this morning I did 2.6 miles in about 42 minutes. MapMyWalk "fed" MyFitnessPal cardio exercise of walking at 3.5 mph pace for 42 minutes, burning 429 calories. If I enter directly in MyFitnessPal walking at 3.5 mph for 42 minutes, it says I burn only 252 calories,…
