1/2 cup skim milk and 2 splenda packets usually.

I want to be fit and healthy. Also exercise helps immensely with my anxiety and depression.

22 lbs down, not finished yet but this comparison has me motivated. Thanks to everyone for sharing your successes.

They do, I'm not sure how much though. Pretty sure it's less than coffee.

I keep tea bags at work for when I want something more than water. Peach green tea and pomegranate green tea are my favorites.

I'm 5'5", looking to lose 50-60 total. Down 22 so far. Feel free to add me.

I'm not done yet so mine is a before & during.. This is a 22 lb loss. I didn't realize how different I looked until I put these side by side.

Key lime pie Kandy Kakes <3 They also have Orange creamsicle flavor, which is yummy too.

I have anxiety and depression as well. One thing for me was working with my doctor to find the right med combo for me. There are still days I come home from work and want nothing more than to take a nap. But I know working out regularly makes me feel better. I don't do gyms, I don't like working out in front of people. So…

But seriously, I won't give up pizza. I fit it in my calories. There's a yummy local pizza place just outside my neighborhood. Sometimes I walk there for 2 slices of pizza and walk back home. The walk is less than a mile so it obviously doesn't cancel out the pizza, but it's something.

Hey! I'm looking for more friends for motivation too. I will send you a request. :)

Awesome job! You look great. Also I love how much we can benefit mentally from physical exercise.
-
You are rocking it! Way to go, very inspiring.

I drink a diet soda (usually coke zero) in the morning for my caffeine fix, then water the rest of the day.

Personally, I'd be ready to stop there but you've really got to do what makes you happy and confident. I think you look great!

Oh my gosh, me too. Haha. I'm 30 as well. My 2 sisters and mom are all slim, I'm tired of always being the chubby sister. I've lost about 22 lb. so far but going for at least 25 more. Any of you ladies can feel free to add me. We've got this!

Here's a few of mine, sorry the pics are huge.

^ that is beautiful work and so much meaning too.

My app doesn't have that. :(

Sweet, I love them and that tattoo. I have a heart skull above my ankle but it's not worth posting (it was done by a bored ex-roommate so it's not great).

I am loving this thread. I have a bunch of tattoos but I don't know how to post pics from my phone yet.

Alkaline trio? <3

I wore size 9 jeans comfortably today. I was a (snug) 12 when I started 5 months ago.

Put on shorts from last summer.. Didn't have to unzip them, and they're falling off!

I'll be 30 on June 21. When I started in January, I was hoping to lose at least 20 lbs by my birthday. As of today, I'm at 17.8 lbs lost. :) Of course I still have a way to go for my ultimate goal, but it's motivating to me to have mini goals along the way.

Same here, I read (and learned!) so much before I posted anything. The search feature is not utilized nearly enough in my opinion... Same questions pop up every day in new threads.

I'm so sorry. To me, animals are family so I understand. My senior dog passed suddenly almost 2 years ago and I was absolutely devastated. I still miss the grumpy old guy all the time. <3
-
Yes I have this issue too. My 3 dogs are at home, and they are family. Just thinking about it makes me anxious. I've started using my slow cooker in the evening when I get home to cook for the next day.

I wish someone had taught me a child about nutrition and fitness. I've always been at least a little overweight. I've spent my twenties yo-yoing mostly between 140 and 190, and I wish I had realized a long time ago that CICO simply works. But I will be much more fit and healthy going into my thirties so that's a positive.
