Rarely ever these days. I am an all or nothing person, so cheat days/meals kind of just ruin me. I'll give up for the rest of the week, and binge every day. I don't think that's very healthy...

Most sugar alcohols are safe, but if you're craving sugar, they aren't going to cut it. I like stevia extract or honey. Sources - myself (a person who is really into food science, and a chem major)

I've never been particularly picky, and will eat anything you put in front of me, but I don't like chocolate cake, pudding, tart, anything, unless it is straight 70% or higher dark chocolate.

You can steam veggies, poach eggs (seriously, I learned this trick a few days ago, and have been doing it everyday since. Put 1/3 cup of water in a small bowl, a splash of vinegar, crack an egg in there, and pop it in the microwave for 60-80 seconds.) eat fruit, cheese, make pasta, oatmeal, salads, sandwiches, bean salads,…

I don't particularly like milk, but I use the Pacific Foods unsweetened almond milk in my oatmeal. It doesn't have the weird, gelatin-y thickness that Silk does, and has much more flavor (well, as much flavor has unsweetened almond milk can have.)

19 years old, 62 inches, 136, and my goal is 105-110 (I have a very small frame.) Hi Friend.

I got from 126 to 116 about a year ago (but gained all of if and then some back due to medication unrelated to weight) and I'm 5'2" on good days. Really, I just stuck to 1300 calories a day, drank 10 cups of water, and walking around campus was 'enough' exercise for me (I hate hate hate sweating.) It took about 5 months,…
