Just turned 33 yesterday and can handstand, cartwheel, and backbend, handstand to front walkover, working on getting my back walkover back…i wonder if i'll ever be able to do a back handspring…always wanted to. You can do it! Just make sure to warm up and stretch…and start slow and get a spot when you're unsure.

@kalikel- I think that's the hardest part! Getting to a weight you've never been before and still pushing for more loss! 155-138 was extremely rough for me. @zarckon, happycampr- I guess I understand the 5 lb weight range, but what happens with me is I eat a lot one day and the next day I'm 5 lbs heavier…now I know I…

Thanks for the advice, guys. It's hard realizing that my former life of eating out a lot is over. I guess what got me through the last year is that goal out in front of me, now that I'm there I want to celebrate, but if I do that it's all going to come back. Ugh, I don't want to be that super obsessive calorie counter…

I ran a 22:30 3 mile, faster than when I was in the Marine Corps 10 years ago…AND my skinny jeans from college are TOO BIG. Turning 33 years old is awesome!

I found these zero calorie drinks called sparkling ice. My local grocery store always has them on sale for a dollar for a 17 oz bottle. It's just sparkling water with different flavors, way better than diet soda.
