I did plyo for the second time today. I definitely burn the most calories in that one. The level 1 drills are so hard for me. I find that I can keep up with everything except for the jumping. I took before pictures and will post progress pics as I go.

I burned 460 today doing plyometric cardio circuit. I burned 240 doing the fit test earlier in the morning, so I may have not been able to push myself as much.

I just started today. I did the fit test and the first workout. It was tough, and I consider myself to be in pretty good shape, exercise-wise. Looking forward to continuing.
