  • I just finished week 1 Day 3 today. This is my first time doing this program. The last 2 years I have run multiple 5k, 10k, & 2 half marathons. But due to some injuries, I didn't run much over the last 5 months & lost all my endurance. I like having a program to follow & so far I am finding it easy.
