212 and I too am trying the C25k. Early days yet but I love the fact that the app gives the workout some structure. Tried running before but never quite got the hang of how long to run for and, like most yo-yo exercisers soon gave it up.....wish me luck this time?

Count me in too. I've signed up for Race 4 Life in aid of breast cancer - it's not until June but I really want to jog/run it rather than walk

I'm restarting...... Lost 30 pounds between Jan and March last year then popped my Achillies so I made lots if excuses etc......but basically I'm back towhere I started. Started again 2nd Jan with 70 pounds to lose
