That's awesome!!! Your health is most important. And don't feel like 15lbs in 2 months is bad. It's taken me almost 6 months to lose 20. Slow is good

Great job!

Thank you!

Great thread! I'm 5'9" and hated being taller than everyone when I was younger, but now I love it (it helps that my husband is 6'6" lol). I've lost 20lbs so far, and have about 16 more to go. Keep up the good work ladies!

Thanks everyone!!

Wow! That's a lot to go through. That take a lot of courage, and I'm sure you can do it! Good luck, I'll be thinking of you!

Yes! I was kinda bummed at first because I didn't notice a difference in my stomach area, but when I realized it was coming off my face it made me feel better.

Thank you

Thank you for posting. I'm losing very slowly, too, which I know is good but you're right, some people lost so much so fast it can be intimidating. I started in October and am almost at my 20lb lost mark, so I'm basically right where you are. Very inspiring to see the difference. You look awesome!

I only do cardio for now. I love my Zumba DVDs!

Who's the author of Hungry Girl? I want to check it out

I have 2 small children, so it's much easier for me to work out at home. I was having a hard time finding how to go about it until I bought the Zumba DVDs. I love them! I can do it right in my living room during nap time and don't need anything but myself. I have lost 13 pounds in the last few months. Obviously I have been…

Awesome job! You look 10 years younger!

That's phenomenal! Great job!!!

35lbs is a great success! Keep at it and you will eventually get to your goal. As hard as it is, try try try to not care what anyone else thinks about you. What you feel about yourself is all that matters, so try and focus on the success you have had and not how slow it's going. Slow or fast...it's still progress.

That is fantastic!! What a strong person you are! Keep up the great work

I personally LOVE Zumba! Any other DVD I've tried has never kept my interest. Zumba is something I find fun and actually enjoy doing. It works your entire body through dancing and I definitely work up a dripping sweat by the end. I usually burn about 600 calories in a 50 minute work out.

You look awesome! I'm in a similar situation. After 2 kids and a total of about 60lbs gained, I'm finally getting really motivated to lose that extra weight. Thanks for the inspiration to keep going. I've lost 4lbs so far in about 3 weeks but seeing other success stories makes a huge difference! Great job!!

Wow congratulations! Very inspiring.

The first thing I noticed was definitely my energy! Once I started a good work out routine, I didn't feel as lethargic as I usually did.

I would say just start with small goals like you have been. If you get to a point where you feel healthy and feel good about yourself, then you know you've met your goal. A number can mean so many different things on different people. I'm 5'9" and when I got married I was 137lbs, which I thought looked great, but I was…
