I started the c25k last October & ran my first 5k in January I also plan on doing a 5k race every month this year. I was running 3 times a week but like you with the cold weather I'm currently running twice a week. I also don't like running on the treadmill.

After losing 40 pounds by exercising eating less and better my cholesterol went from 238 to 251. My LDL went down by 1 and my HDl increased by 11.
