Don't feel bad. As another poster said, I think the title of the post might have misled people as to what your intentions were. After actually reading it, I understood you were just looking for tips or tricks others might use to get from one meal time to another without mindlessly snacking. I think it is great other MFP…

Totally add me. That would be great! I know there is an Overeater Anonymous group on here where they require participation, but I think you have to reach out to actually be invited to it. Let me know if you create a group!

I eat for all kinds of reasons. I'll have to try the exercise trick though. I know on days I exercise I am more motivated to eat healtier, so I could see it suprressing my urge to eat justbecause.

I brush my teeth too. If I feel I can't stop myself after a meal that is the first thing I do. Gum sometimes calms my craving for something sweet. Sometimes. Otherwise, I have one small piece of dark chocoloate every day after lunch. Totally helps my craving for that bag of peanut mm's from the vending machine. Keeping…

Hey there! I've been there before. That still happens to me occasionally. Good for you for still logging it though! I've been there and felt super ashamed to log it (even when my diary was still private) I didn't want to know what I had done. It is really eye opening to see and if nothing else, makes us accountable for our…

I start a class next week. You can do a google search of other sites to try and get an estimate and then just create your own exercise in MFP with that calorie burn.

I'm starting a PIYO group class next week. You all are making me excited!! I wasn't sure what to expect. Hope you like it OP.

Gotten up TWICE so far this week at the ungodly hour of 5:30 A.M. to work out.

Do what will make YOU happy. It is just one meal, if you feel better skipping it and eating something before hand or utilizing any of the other posters suggestions, so be it. If you want to join in with your friends, try and do it without guilt or beating yourself up!

This is true, so don't be discouraged. Also, if you are anything like me, I always get anxious about eating out. Like I am going to gain all my weight back from one meal choice. Irrational, I know, but it helps me to look at my calories thoughout the week. If I'm at a deficit for the entire week overall, I feel much better…

I've started just the last few weeks. I am trying to start by replacing just one of my workouts a week with an AM workout rather than a PM. It's worked so far. This week I've gotten my butt out of bed twice and worked out in the morning at 5:30. I also sleep in my workout clothes.

I've heard dropping a dress size requires a weight loss of 8-10 pounds. I'm sure other variables such as your height, genetics, where you lose weight first all account into it though. Just be careful with ordering a dress too small. I had intentions of losing weight before my wedding too and didn't lose a pound. It's…

My check in today: SW: 169 CW: 164 Yay!!

I weigh nearly everything now too. I didn't have to in the beginning but the closer I get to goal weight the more I have to scrutinize.

Thank you all for your help!

It was a Champion C9 racerback bra. Maybe I just need to invest a little more. I did get it mostly because it was on sale. HA! That'll teach me.

Breakfast and lunch are the same thing almost every single day. I might just switch what it is from week to week. I don't tend to get bored either.

The first update is tomorrow (1/14)

Please send me an invite.

There is a whole fitbit group on MFP you can join.

I think both those places have calorie counts on their websites. When ordering Pizza Hut I usually get a thin crust ham and pineapple with light cheese. Pretty low in the calories and I like it. Papa John's I can't do anything but Papa's Favorite, calories be damned. So dang good.

I'm 5'10", my current goal is 160. I'll reasses from there to see if I want to lose more or maintain.

If you want to do something different but still on the treadmill, try playing with the incline. Mine goes from 0-10, so I'll walk at a comfortable place and up the incline by .5 every minute. Once I get to 10, I start back down. I enjoy it, its easy in the beginning and then becomes a challenge where you look forward to…

I've noticed on mine (I have the flex, but I think it is the same) that if I manually enter exercise that the fitbit still picks up it will lower my fitbit exercise calories that it adds to MFP. If I don't enter it, my fitbit exercise calories earned are higher. So it seems to be about the same either way. Regarless, I…

HAHA!! Worked on me with my husband. Just saying. Except you then of course have the baby (and baby weight) to deal with.
-
I've read somewhere before though (probably somewhere on here) that a lot of people wear it on their non-dominate hand, but select dominate in the settings. Maybe that is what was meant?
-
Love them. I make panini's with them as well. I often have them with pb2 in the morning for breakfast. I don't think you will regret getting them!

I'm a drinker. Its one of my resolutions to work on it a little this year. If anything, I want to be better at tracking it. I tend to lose track and then try to estimate really high how much I had. So if you're looking at my diary on a drinking day and wonder how I'm not dead, it's likely an overestimation. At least I…
